Back in good old Blighty.

And possibly weighed down a bit by the sheer amount of Turkish stock granules that I bought. *blush*

Tuzot is a really tasty stock powder, made from vegetables such as wild radish. Zingy, very full flavoured and a lovely thing to use. I use it a lot, from cooking rice in to sprinkling on chicken pieces for a quick marinade. I’d nearly run out so I got three packs of each this trip instead of one but upon further study when finally out of 35C heat, it appears that alongside the usual one, I also bought 3 packs of the hot pepper one by mistake. Oh well.

I will expand on the trip at a later date. For now, bed calls.
