
Food is a passion for me. I read cookery books like novels, each one transports me to a different place or time, a different country. It’s like taking a mini holiday when I read about the food from all across the world. Inspiration comes from Cyprus and Italy but all over, to be honest. I am a 50 something peace-loving, easy going half Cypriot person. I love all kinds of people but I do not suffer fools or bigots. Diagnosed with MS in 1996, it hasn’t beaten me yet because I am stubborn and determined. |
